You agree not to use Crynetix Nova to:
- Violate any law, regulation or third-party right.
- Generate, distribute or promote content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, harassing, or that depicts sexual content involving minors.
- Attempt to identify, dox, defame or impersonate real individuals without consent.
- Produce malware, exploits, or content designed to compromise systems.
- Bypass safety features, content filters or rate limits, or attempt to extract system prompts.
- Use the Service to build a competing AI service by scraping outputs at scale.
- Overload, disrupt or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy and cooperate with law enforcement when required.
