Data we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, and authentication identifiers.
- Content: messages, prompts, files, images and audio you submit to Nova.
- Usage data: device, browser, IP, timestamps and interaction events used to operate and improve the Service.
- Preferences: personalization settings such as voice character, theme and language.

- To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
- To personalize your workspace and remember your preferences.

Third-party AI providers
When you use AI features, prompts and relevant conversation context may be routed through supported third-party AI providers so they can return a response. These providers process the request under their own terms and privacy policies. Crynetix does not own or control third-party models.
Storage & retention
Conversations and generated content are stored in your account so you can access them again. You can delete individual chats at any time from the workspace.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Where required by law, you may also object to or restrict certain processing.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. API keys and other secrets are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
